And just like that, I'm off. I'm leaving for a week on the road with Daryl and Jay tomorrow morning. A short (long) flight into St. Louis, then a week in the lap of luxury, sipping Mai Tais and being hand-fed grapes with my feet in the sand as we drive through Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana to Texas. Maybe I'll win the $100,000 grand prize and my personalized plate won't get thrown into the fire ("You're dead to us!").

With any luck, Jay's dream will come true and we'll set foot in Arkansas and we'll cross the Lake Pontchatrain bridge to make mine come true. Daryl was unavailable for comment. This is going to be something of a last blast. A looooooooong bachelor party. An excuse to eat barbeque and insist that people are afraid of Jews.
