Asleep
Brooklyn, New York - January 2007
She's asleep now, and I suppose I should be, too, but I've gotten, if you can believe it more "you alive?"-style emails lately than I expected, so here we are.
It's hard to believe it's been five months since I've posted, and perhaps equally importantly, since she was born, but if you look up there, you've got proof, proof taken today, that she exists we've manage to snatch her from death's eager hands repeatedly over the last few months.
The frustrating thing is that you'd think I'd have plenty to say, and would have written tons by now, but I haven't. I've just been bein' a dad, staying at home with her, and loving it.
Here's to a few days short of five months.
