A Gift Idea

I think it's finally time for me to move over to digital. I know, it's hard to believe, but I've thought about it, and I think it's time. Film is dead. So, if you're still laboring over what to get as a gift for my wedding, please allow me to suggest this (New Window) brought to us by our friends down at Rollei, by way of B & H Photo Video.

Sure, it's a little expensive, but it's 17.2 megapixels, and it even comes with a lens. It's worth it.

The Duane Reade near the 7th Avenue entrance Penn Station is ridding themselves of outdated film, so I bought eight 24-exposure rolls of my old standby Fuji Superia 400 for $4. That's cheaper than the stuff, Ferrania Solaris 200, which I got at the dollar store in Fallon, Nevada (that stuff was a dollar). The Fuji is outdated by a year, so the colors should be a little wacky. Anything I can do to save up for the Rollei, since I know none of you are going to help out.
